Connection between Otaika shops and Hatea Loop gets first of two murals
Mike Tupaea and Charles Williams - the artists behind the Otaika Shops mural - are at it again.
The pair are working on a mural on the side of Kia Motors building on Port Rd and will also brighten up the wall directly opposite it in the coming months.
