You know what's better than being stuck in boring car traffic? Riding a bike! Even if you're not fast it helps you to get around, get exercise, spot interesting things in the neighbourhood, and save lots of money on fuel and parking. So go on, give it a go!

The Aotearoa Bike Challenge is a competition between organisations to commute by bike during February. But it's so much fun that most people forget about the competition and just enjoy the fun of getting about by bike. Canon printer/ink up for grabs

Peter from Kamo

My Canon MP970 printer appears to have kicked the bucket - I am not entirely sure, it may be the fault of a no-name black cartridge I put in there (my bad!), but it no longer prints right.

My Canon MP970 printer appears to have kicked the bucket - I am not entirely sure, it may be the fault of a no-name black cartridge I put in there (my bad!), but it no longer prints right.
I am willing to give this to someone who wants to have a play - spend on a canon #5 black cartridge and see if that fixes it - uncertain outcome.
Or get it fixed ... it was a very good printer working off a network router lan cable or usb.
I have 8 photo quality colour cartridges (#8) in there -- free to a good home if nobody wants the printer.
