A series of talks by four wāhine Māori on their chosen Kaupapa, sharing their experiences of successfully navigating their professions. All have tribal affiliations with hapu and iwi from Te Tai Tokerau.
✨ The 3rd speaker is Nicki Wakefield ✨
Raised in Portland, Nicki connects into the north with her whānau of 5, through taiao mahi over generations and supporting our hapū of Whangārei through Te Paparahi o Te Raki Waitangi Tribunal Inquiry. Nicki is keen to return hapū into the future of our whole community and restore our cultural landscapes where we all live.

Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!
Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
