LUCKY WINNERS
France, subtitles, 2024 Comedy
103 mins, Rated M (strong language)

The chance of winning the lottery is around one in 19 million – you have a better chance of being struck by lightning. But for the characters of Lucky Winners, this dream turns into an explosive and hilarious nightmare.

Lucky Winners is a black comedy that makes use of four separate stories to explore the comic and unexpected consequences of sudden fortune. Marriages are tested, lifelong friendships turn sour, and tightly held secrets are revealed.

In each case, the “lucky winners” are forced to question whether life really is better after hitting the jackpot.

"Funny, inventive, brilliant and always surprising. A deliciously subversive comedy." - IMDB
