THE ART & SCIENCE of ASTROLOGY
How can you possibly understand the other people in your life when you hardly understand yourself? This is a start-from-scratch introduction to Astrology for those who know nothing much as well as those who have some knowledge. We will explore how planetary positions and their cycles play out through the signs and houses of the horoscope. Astrology can be used as a tool for personal growth and healing. You will discover the aspects in your own chart in a way that explains much about your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, and your response to events. Join our tutor, Francis Evans, an experienced astrological counsellor and certified practitioner of NLP. Attend the first night for FREE to see if this course is for you! Harvestsafe Aotearoa! 🍠🥕🌿🌾 calling al Community Gardens
🥬🥔🥕🫛 Calling all community gardens and māra kai! Here is a project that we think you'll be interested in - introducing Harvestsafe Aotearoa! 🍠🥕🌿🌾
Harvestsafe is a limited-term research project on community garden and māra kai soil in Aotearoa New Zealand. Māra/gardens can join the research as community-scientists, and learn more about the environmental quality of their soil while helping us learn about soil around Aotearoa! We'll ask you to fill in a 15-minute questionnaire and send a bag of soil from your garden to the University of Auckland. We will send you a report on metal contaminants and be in conversation with you about what next.
They are now receiving new garden/māra recruits until the end of December 2024, so share widely and get in touch with our researcher Moss at bcao914@aucklanduni.ac.nz asap if you'd like to participate!
See the poster to learn more about Harvestsafe Aotearoa, and check out our website at soilsafe.auckland.ac.nz... to learn more about our wider programm
