Whangarei Film Society - Screenings for Thursday October 19th

For Thursday, the 19th October at 6pm we have the documentary on the life and career of Australian singer, John Farnham, Finding the Voice.

Our 8pm screening is the wondrous French comedy and the hit of the NZ International Film Festival, A Good Doctor.

Featuring: John Farnham, Jimmy Barnes and Olivia Newton-John.

This fascinating doco traces John Farnham's journey through the highs of his early fame in the 1960s, to later obscurity, before he reinvents himself to become a world-wide sensation and ‘Australia’s Voice’.
