Okay, letβs start at the beginningβ¦times have changed, and nobody is going to ask you to hop on your bike or walk the streets delivering newspapers!! Itβs done in the comfort of your car and you will be paid a decent car allowance
If you are an early riser, this is a good opportunity to earn some good money in a role that youβll get full training and where you pick up your newspapers and run sheet/addresses each morning and off you go!
The job is varied and good fun - many of the folk who are delivering newspapers have worked in the role for over 10 years and are themselves 50 plus. You are your own boss, delivering to the same route daily.

While we do get to sleep in this time around, some people would like to scrap the clock tinkering for good.
And why? Some evidence suggests the time changes are bad for our health as they mess with sleep patterns leading to short-term fatigue and affecting mood. Meanwhile the hour change is frustrating for farmers and a nightmare for getting the littlies to sleep. But what's your take?
-
41% Yes - get rid of the clock changes
-
57.3% No, I enjoy it
-
