What do you think of the Hundertwasser Art Centre's progress?

The Hundertwasser Art Centre has now raised all the funds it needs to be finished with another $4.5m grant from the Provincial Growth Fund. The centre is now due to open in December 2021 and is set to attract up to 250,000 visitors a year. What do you think of the centre's progress, the fact it needed more funding and the visitor numbers the centre is supposed to entice?
