Rental accommodation
Hi all,
I am looking for a room to rent, ideally near Central Whangarei, but would consider further afield. A room in an established flat would be ok, OR;
- granny flat, bedsit, sleepout
- insulated garage / cabin
Access to broadband is important.
I'm clean-living, non-drinking, and house-trained, in my early 50s. I pay my rent on time, and can pay a bond if required. I can provide three references from previous landlords.
