Sleep Better This Autumn
As the days get darker, we find ourselves spending more time indoors, curled up on our couch with a warm drink or snuggled up in bed with a good book. The leaves change colour and fall from the trees and we’re reminded that Autumn is here!
During the summer months you may have been a bit more flexible with your sleep schedule, because the sun would shine for longer, and you had more energy thanks to the warm weather. However, as the night’s start to draw in and the days get shorter, it’s a good idea to try to stay consistent with what time you go to bed and wake up each day.
A consistent sleep and wake time allows your body to fall into a sleep routine, and aids you to sleep more peacefully.

Rarely seen motorcycles, so come along to view 60 vintage & classic motorcycles as riders get ready for the Nortland Vintage Car Club's annual motorcycle rally.

The bikes will be at NVCC's clubrooms at Heritage Park (Kiwi North), Gate 2 494 SH 14, Maunu.
