Heartbeats is hosting Matt Wood, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Sr. Lecturer at AUT Millennium Centre, for a presentation, discussion and Q&A on the benefits of a personalized exercise programme for reducing hospital readmissions and extending longevity after a heart event.
