Single lady in 50's with a 8 year old cat looking for a 1 bedroom studio, or self contained sleep out for long term rental. Secure & semi furnished (fridge & washing machine)as I have some furniture. Working full time in Oteha Valley, Albany so anything handy to work will be considered. I am relocating from Christchurch. I have excellent references and I am very clean and tidy.
