Just looking for a place for him, no pets, non smoker. Hes happy to maintain a property and ideally looking for a minor dwelling with a bit of nature around / view. Hes an arborist consultant and super helpful, down to earth and easy going. Happy to look at some sort of flat share or house share type arrangement if it feels right. Budget is competitive just not really finding the right thing on trademe as he needs a car park space for the work vehicle not on street parking which is mainly on offer on trademe. Cant stress what a nice guy he is and hes been a great tenant always keeps place tidy and maintained and no fuss type of tenant!

The group spent the morning weeding on the south side of the boardwalk at the western edge of the park. Friends of Alice Eaves has been working at reforesting this section of the park for the last three years. There is now quite a good cover of manuka, flax and cabbage trees so canopy trees can now be planted in this area. These will be planted in the autumn. Anyone who feels like they would like to become involved with the work the group does would be most welcome to join in. The group meets on the first Saturday of every month and everyone assembles either at Kensington, by the bridge or at the entrance to the park in Old North Rd.

My landlord will be fitting a front loader washing machine in my kitchen so I no longer have need of it as it does not fit. I don't actually use the dryer & it's just currently taking up space. Both were gifted to me by folk who were quite newly married & shifted down to Wellington. I was told that the washing machine may have a slight leak but actually have not noticed.
