Have you been to Coast Pet Care Charity Shop yet?
We visited the store last week and they have lots of bargains. Nearly all clothing is $1 a piece. Plenty of CDs, DVDs and books. Friendly staff who are all volunteers.
All proceeds go to low cost desexing and microchipping of cats & dogs. A great service - thanks.
Located at 2181 East Coast Road, Silverdale - great cafe opposite.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
