This is a great way to do stepping. The strength needed for each step can be increased or decreased depending on what you require. Very stable to use and in excellent condition. Wouldn't be getting rid of it if there was room where we are going. Has a counter on it that shows the number of steps you have done, the time you have been working, the calories you have used and the number of repetitions per minute. Very easy to set / reset.
