A new development is coming to Helensville
Parkview is a new residential development in Helensville. It’s situated on Rautawhiri road with views over the Rautawhiri Park – hence the name.
The development is described as ‘small town living with a big town feel.’ It’s a 39-minute drive from the Auckland CBD and a 25-minute drive from Westgate and Northwest.
Parkview is within walking distance to the Helensville village, Kaipara College, and Helensville School. A new childcare centre will sit alongside the development.
Parkview’s builder partners include GJ Gardner Homes, Stonewood Homes and others. Each builder partner offers standalone house and land packages in a range of styles and sizes to suit buyers’ needs.
