Heartbeats, community-led, heart event survivors and heart patient support group monthly meeting is this Tuesday at the Hibiscus Coast Community House, 214 Hibiscus Coast Highway (behind the Estuary Arts Centre), Orewa.
All heart patients, partners and family are WELCOME.
Come along and meet others like you, who are have the same heart condition and are on the same journey of recovery to better heart health and longer lives. All ages, of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
