Free naturopathy consultations
Hi Coasters! Do you, or does anyone you know, have a medically diagnosed condition? Have you been told that you just have to live with it or take medication and that's it? Well, that's not it - there is so much you can do to improve your situation. I'm a naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine student in my final, clinical year at Wellpark College in Albany. I need two people with a condition like diabetes, asthma, metabolic syndrome, arthritis (RA or osteo), any autoimmune diseases, digestive conditions like IBS or an inflammatory bowel disease, cardiovascular or respiratory disease, depression, anxiety, reproductive conditions, cognitive dysfunction, or any diagnosable disease, to receive 8 free sessions with me and experience amazing changes in your life, energy, happiness, and wellbeing. Please message/email me or reply here for details. Thank you! Lucy :) lucy@thebalancedway.co.nz OR lulubriant22@gmail.com ph. 021 065 5339

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
