Mechanical Stepper Machine
This is a great way to do stepping. The strength of the step can be lowered or raised depending on what you require. Very stable to use and in excellent condition. Wouldn't be getting rid of it if we had the room where we are going. Has a counter on it that shows the number of steps you have done, the time you have been working, the calories you have used and the number of repetitions per minute. Very easy to set. Gives an excellent work-out and can be easily stored under a bed. Pick up is central Orewa ( once we are out of Level 3 ) Phone 094265425.
