Hi neighbours - Auckland International Airport has been criticised by an Australasian airline lobby group for offering a suboptimal experience at a high cost to travellers.

Air New Zealand says when its customers get to Auckland Airport their experience there is well below standard.

What's your experience at Auckland airport? Do you think travellers are getting a 'raw deal' at a high cost?
