Yoga for Beginners
Starting 10th March. 11am to 12pm at the Orewa Community Centre.
This is very gentle yoga for beginner's level. It is open for participants of all ages. You are urged to perform at your own level of fitness and capacity. Pay what you can. We meet for an hour during which we do Yoga postures, Pranayam, which is Yogic Breathing techniques and Meditation. Each session starts with Centering, energizing your three main Meridians and clearing the seven layers of your Aura. We ground ourselves and protect our energy field at the end of each session.

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?
