Poll: Do you approve of Halloween?
Hi neighbours. Halloween is almost upon us and it's getting bigger every year. How is it in your neighbourhood? Do you enjoy it - why or why not? In some parts of town, where it has become huge, residents are requesting lolly donations to help them cope. Is it right to ask for donations? Is Halloween becoming too stressful? Do you live in a Halloween-crazed area but prefer to stay out of it?
