The PICKERS

Kayleen from Orewa

๐ŸŒฟ The PICKERS! ๐ŸŒฟ

The PICKERS is an incredible community initiative that collects excess fruit, vegetables, and flowers from local gardens, repurposing and redistributing them to those in need.
Every small act makes a huge difference - are you able to donate? ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š

If you have any surplus produce or know someone who does, weโ€™d love to hear from you! Help us make a positive impact on the Hibiscus Coast by reducing waste and giving back to our community. ๐Ÿฅ•๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒป

Get involved or donate today โ€“ because together, we can grow something beautiful.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
