CSL mini-computer with ViewSonic full-HD monitor

Lev from Stanmore Bay

CSL Narrow Box 4K mini-PC with ViewSonic full-HD monitor for sale, with HP keyboard and mouse and all cables, including an HDMI cable and an HDMI2DVI adaptor on the monitor. Embedded Windows 10 Home licence. 4 Gb RAM, 32 Gb SSD, Intel Atom procesor, 1xUSB3, 2xUSB2, HDMI, LAN, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, Audio, and SD card slot.
The computer has only 32 Gb of disk memory, so I used it with an SD card. Currently W10 occupies less than 20 Gb. Detailed instructions how to achieve it are to be shared with the buyer.
The only problem is that the computer does not recognise the monitor until Windows have started. Except that, everything works fine.

Price: $30

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
