Lost Dog
Hi neighbours, about 3/4 hour ago I saw a dog (black with bit white) chain collar and I think a yellow tag at the intersection of Alford Forest Road and Oak grove. Heading towards EA network on grassed area. Have notified council. I am concerned about being hit by traffic etc. If you think you may know who owner is, can you let them know please. Thanks.
