Sweet tabby girl for adoption
Hello,
I am an adorable little tabby girl about 8 months old. I am inquisitive and always interested in what is going on around me, and my foster mum tells me I’m a clever little girl because I have already learned how to ‘hi five’ for treats... I love Temptations very much!
For the last three months I have been learning about people, as I was found with my brother on a farm during the lockdown.
Now I am looking for a home with a loving person to take care of me, who has plenty of time to spend playing with me. I would like a home where someone is home for much of the day because I love company. I have a very sweet temperament, and love to be patted and caressed, but because I wasn’t handled as a young kitten I don’t like to be picked up yet. So my foster mum thinks I would be happiest in a home with just one or two adults, especially if there are no other pets.
I am perfectly happy being an indoor cat, I have my own bean bag in the sun where I can watch the birds feeding at the bird feeder or nap as it suits me. As I am from the country, I’m not used to cars, so a country home or somewhere with very little traffic would be best. If you are looking for a sweet little companion (and have a good supply of Temptations :) please contact my foster mum.
I tested negative for feline aids and as I am in favour of family planning I had my op a while ago, as well as being microchipped to keep me safe, and have had all my vaccinations and flea and worm treatments. My vet says I'm a healthy little jellybean :)
Poll: 🤖 What skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: there’s no such thing as a “safe” job anymore 🛟😑
Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.
We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
-
59.9% Yes, supporting people is important!
