Extreme Bathing Retreat
I just finished attending the Extreme Bathing retreat at Maruia HS. It was sooo wonderful. I feel that i have changed my metabolism by eating almost vegan (one unfertilized egg a day), grain free diet and using hot/cold contrasts, staying in cold for up to 15 minutes. The retreat was lead by the brilliant Dr. Marc Cohen, assisted by Wim Hof teacher Johannes Egbert. Top Naturopathic Sports Nutritionalist Kira Sutherland, who partcipated, was also a wealth of information, especially around metabolism.
