Help Sofia Fundraise for her Trip to China

Jane from Karori

Hi everyone! My daughter is raising money for an incredible opportunity: a school trip to China in 2027. She's working hard to make this dream a reality, and I am helping her with her journey. We are selling our beautiful handmade crafts to help cover the costs.
The items are: Kawakawa balm $10, Peppermint lip balm $2.5, Bath bombs $3, and much more.
Each item is made with care, and all proceeds will go directly toward her trip. Your support would mean the world to her and help her experience a different culture and new adventures.

You can also purchase Worm tea (1L $2 or 3L $5) as well as a Kombucha scoby starter kit (Scoby+tea) $5
We are also working on some beautiful decorative candles as well as Resin art. Please keep an eye out for those 🙂

If you're interested in helping out and getting a unique craft in return, please send me a message!
You can also visit her Give a Little page, every dollar will be greatly appreciated

and also her Instagram page for new items

Thank you for your support!

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
