Zumba Gold Northland is back!
Zumba Gold Northland's first class of 2025 starts at 11am on Wednesday, 29 January in the Lower Hall, Northland Memorial Community Centre, 5 Woburn Road, Northland. We are a happy-go-lucky group of (mostly) women who love to groove to music from around the world. Zumba Gold is a low-impact dance fitness class that helps you get fit while having fun. $4 per class or $20 for six classes (pay for five classes and you get one class free!). Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
