Companion Walking Service
Age Concern has launched a new programme ideal for those who would like a companion to walk with. You may be recovering from an operation or have a medical condition which makes you feel unstable walking alone. Our wonderful carefully selected volunteers are all police checked and trained in Health and Safety. Walking has many benefits both mentally and physically, it gives you the opportunity to meet others in your community. Contact Lynn today at cws@acwellington.org.nz to arrange a volunteer to enjoy walks with, this summer.
