Social Media Specialist from Wellington City Council

Between 1 December and 1 March, there are restrictions on when you can walk your dog on the beach - this is because they get busy with families over the warmer months. You can find information about your favourite spot on our website.

What is couples counselling?

Mary from Mary Harker, Flow Life Coaching & Counselling

I love couples counselling. Couples counselling does more than help you iron out communication problems in your relationship. It can help you become happier and more assertive, while giving you practical tools for handling and resolving arguments & developing a closer bond with your partner.

We are on the hunt for New Zealand's most original, even legendary, Santas - can you help?? This will be someone that embodies the big guy with the white beard year round and who people in your neighbourhood often refer to as Santa.

Obviously, this person will also be the one that is called upon each year to don the red suit to go out and about posing for photos, handing out presents and just be an all-around nice charitable person.

If you know of someone, please leave us a comment with your details and how we can get in touch with your local Santa. COMMENT BELOW!

FEEDBACK REQUIRED
What do people think of the opportunity to site a community Mini Golf facility in the area between Karori and Wilton??
There is a group in Karori who would be keen to raise the money and set this up, with welcome help from the community, and all funds raised would be returned to the community.
Currently anyone from the Karori and western ward areas has to travel a fair distance to play Mini Golf.
How about having one of our own – with all profits being returned to community needs.
It is really important to get feedback on this as the Wellington City Council needs to know the level of support before they will commit to setting aside a suitable site.
