Join Whanau Awhina Plunket as a Drop-In Coffee Group Facilitator and become a vital part of their supportive Community Services team. In this role, you'll create a relaxed and inviting space where parents with babies of all ages can gather informally each week. Your responsibilities will include setting up a cozy meeting area, greeting parents with a friendly smile and a drink, and fostering lasting connections. Help Whanau Awhina Plunket build a supportive environment where parents can share their joys and challenges. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
