Hi All
If you or you know of anyone that would be interested in trying Kintsugi please forward this on to them. Ema is one of my clients and a fabulous and talented being.
KINTSUGI WORKSHOP THIS MARCH
Re-use, Re-Purpose, Beautify with Gold!!
Hello Lovely locals. Come along and learn this wonderful technique.
Ema Frost will be holding KINTSUGI WORKSHOPS on Saturday, 16th & Sunday, 17th March here in Wellington again at Toi Poneke and Whirinaki Whare Taonga. She has limited spots available so make sure to book in early.
Have you ever wanted to try Kintsugi.... It's an ancient Japanese art form where you fix broken pottery with gold - making its imperfections its beauty. - A truly wonderful philosophy to live by.
If you are interested please go to: tinyurl.com...
I'm sure there's a few of you out there that have been saving a broken piece not knowing quite what to do with it, and if not Ema has plenty of back ups. So just bring yourselves and have some fun.
Bring a friend and make some Kintsugi magic together.

It's NZ Music Month and New Zealand really has some beautiful songs from artists that we call our own.
Whether it's April Sun in Cuba, Don't Forget your Roots, or How Bizarre or Bic Runga's 'Sway' - songs have a way of unlocking memories and evoking old feelings.
In honour of NZ Music Month, share a New Zealand song or artist that is special to you and explain why.
