House to rent on Glenmore street, Kelburn, Wellington
We are looking for a lovely family or couple to rent our 3 bedroom house in Kelburn. It is a sunny style house with lots of windows and balconies. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet room, double garage with a man cave on top and lots of storage. Also has off street parking - which is a bonus. It is in the zone of lots of good schools within the Wellington area. There is a garden so it would be ideal to find someone who loves gardening but not essential. We do allow pets but they need to be well trained. It is situated close to the Kelburn Village and the bus stops. It is walking distance to the CBD and very close to the Botanical gardens. It is $875 per week. If you are interested please feel free to message me below. Unfortunately due to Lockdown level 4 you will be unable to view this property until we drop a level. The house is empty so available as soon as the level allows us. Note house is unfurnished but whitewhare is provided.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
