Babysitting!

Molly from Karori

Hi everyone! My name is Molly and I'm a 20 year old student who is going into my final year of my undergraduate degree at Victoria University this year! I have been looking for some babysitting jobs to fill up my not so busy next month before I go back to Uni. I have six years of experience with babysitting, starting out with neighbours and family friends before moving onto families I have found on sites like neighbourly! As it is, I can work days, afternoons, evenings and nights for the next month — I go back to University on the 2nd of March. However I can definitely still work after going back to uni, the occasional afternoon depending on my schedule, but I can definitely work evenings and weekends! I will say I do not have my full license so I wouldn't be able to drive the kids anywhere, but I am familiar with using buses and ubers if necessary! I live about a 5-10 minute walk from Karori Normal School so I can do pick ups if your place is within walking distance! I hope to be of help to any parents out there needing an extra hand! Please contact me on 0212718338 :)

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
