This is to keep our communities safe. As per the Government’s advice you can still visit our other parks and reserves to exercise and enjoy nature as long as you are alone or with those you are self isolating with.

There is a reason Readers Tours attract ‘Adventurous Seniors’.

Our itineraries are bold and colourful, so are our tour guides.
We drive scenic roads and coastal highway and have luxury accommodation waiting after a big day. We offer excursions such as Helicopter rides and guided walks and have everything organised down to the last meal, with free newspapers for a spot of reading or challenging sudoku.

We are passionate about bringing like-minded individuals together to explore this beautiful landscape we call our backyard and are ready to go full steam ahead with our next tour the moment it is safe to do so.

For now, we will continue to bring you stunning photography, travel stories and helpful tips during these unprecedented times.

Our team remains dedicated to helping you, so please pick up the phone or fill out our contact form and we will be in touch. We look forward to you joining us and experiencing New Zealand like never before.

Outdoor Cleaning. Is this an essential service?

Adam from Wellington Wash

Hi Neighbours,

Wondering if anyone would know if cleaning is an essential service. I run an exterior cleaning business and have the ability to sanitise children's playgrounds, park benches, etc. And any other outdoor area where people will likely cross contaminate over the next 4 weeks.

I've left a message with the council and maybe they already have this covered.

Do you think this would be a valuable service during this time?

Keep well everyone!

Hi there. My name is Jan and I live on Monthomery Avenue. I have only met my immediate neighbours and we are keeping in contact with each other but I worry that I do not know the wider neighbours around. So if there is anyone around the area that needs any support then please just get in touch with me and we can do our best to help. You are not alone Take care.

There is lots we can do even though we can’t be physically close. The worst thought I have is that someone is suffering when someone who lives next door could do something to ease this. Take care.
