I am a certified yoga instructor and will be returning tomorrow to lead two class on Saturday morning. The first will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am and the second will be a 75 min yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center at 10.30 am.

I am a certified yoga instructor and will be returning tomorrow to lead two class on Saturday morning. The first will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am and the second will be a 75 min yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center at 10.30 am.
This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:

7, 14, 21 and 28 September
(Please note: no class on 21 September in Brooklyn due to the Brooklyn Community Market that has been scheduled. Consideration for an alternate location).
5, 12, 19 and 26 October

7, 14 and 21 December
(Please note: no class on 7 December in Brooklyn due to the Brooklyn Community Market that has been scheduled. Depending on weather, we might be able to have a class outside).
Parking available at the Brooklyn Community center (car park or on street).
