I am a certified yoga instructor and will be leading a class on Saturday morning (Aro Valley - 9 am). This will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am. The class at Brooklyn Community Center for 10.30 am will be cancelled this week. Please feel free to join the 9 am class if you are able).
This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:
