✅ Kitchen Assistant: Join a kitchen team who are providing nourishing meals to elderly residents.

I woke this morning to the noise of my neighbor cutting the 100mm off the side of my driveway where the concrete was poured to the neighbor's side of the 100mm fence posts. I hope he feels better after doing that.
He has also cut down 2 of my grapevines and my fruit trees.
The police advise me that they cannot do anything about this - it is a 'Civil Matter'.
What do you guys think about this?

Has anyone had good dealings with an insurance company or broker re home and contents insurance , as goes a real worth while premium reduction , also a higher excess , ie $5000 . 🤔 . Most companies don't offer low excess
