Builder for BUILDER'S REPORT needed

Looking to purchase a property in Churtonpark over the next few weeks and will need a builder for a report and some frank advice on a few things that will need adressing (an older property, we're looking at, hence we need a buyer commissioned report).

Beautiful day, met lots of tourists off the cruise ships, wonderful meal, easy parking if your an early bird....JUST go and prove for yourself, especially if you love gardens, cricket n roses.
