Long time to get Mail
Hi just want to find out if if people out there have the same problem we have had with the Post. I have not seen a postman in our street since early December. Well today 11th January we got 10 Christmas cards and plus some letters this isn’t good enough. Letters had a post stamp 6 December on them. Plus we sent a parcel down to Wanaka on 10th December and our son didn’t get it till till early January. We also sent 2 cards to Melbourne on the 8th December and my daughter just got them yesterday. Also sent one to Perth and they received it just before new year’s. Looks like sending cards for Christmas is finished now, plus it not cheap to send any mail these days.
