Guardians reach settlement with WIAL
Earlier this year we joined Guardians of the Bays' legal challenge against WIAL's proposed expansion onto the golf course land. Recently we were involved in mediation between the parties and as a result an agreement has been reached that, while withdrawing the challenge to the expansion, has resulted in significant improvements in the conditions imposed on WIAL and some other benefits.
