Stress busting yoga for better sleep, balance, flexibility, strength and welbeing. Enjoy this hatha yoga based class on Monday evenings 6.30-8pm (except public holidays) at the Miramar & Maupuia Community Centre, 27 Chelsea Street, Miramar.
Please bring mat, blanket, water and Covid pass. Beginners & intermediates welcome. $10 per class.

FREE 10-liter emergency water bottles

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.
