0 -3 month winter baby clothign needed.

St Vincent de Paul Society Wellington

Our Pregnancy Assistance service is running very low on baby winter clothing for 0 -3 month sizing.

The team is currently struggling to fulfill emergency packs for the maternity unit at Wellington hospital as well as an increase in walk-in clients.

If you have clothing you no longer need, please consider passing them on to our service to help keep another baby snug this winter.

Donations can be dropped off at any of our eight Wellington op shops or directly to our Newtown Welfare and Support Hub.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
