Tunnel closures
This week two of the SH1 Wellington tunnels will be closing on separate nights for monthly tunnel maintenance. Setup will begin at 7pm each night, so remember to slow down.
Please follow the signposted detours and plan ahead for your travel. * *--- Terrace Tunnel - CLOSED on Monday 15 Mar from 9pm-5:30am
- Mt Victoria Tunnel - CLOSED on Tuesday 16 Mar from 9pm-5:30am

FREE 10-liter emergency water bottles
Merry Christmas -
I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.
