Free introductory pilates class
If you would like to see what pilates is all about there is a free class this Saturday 9th February at 11.15 am at the Miramar Salvation Army Church hall. If you are interested please contact Sherry on 027 352 7676 as numbers are limited. If you would prefer a different day please text. Private classes at any level also available (cost involved). Pilates has many benefits for your body. Come and try.
