Missing cat
I Found Mischief this morning. I am so happy and relieved. She was in the neighbours back yard in Antico Street and he got in contact (a seriously good man, I'll take him up a bottle of wine to say thank you). She was in Antico St on a trial rehome because my other cat and her don't get on and I thought I was doing the best thing but she's home safe with me now and obviously won't be going back to the people that were so careless with her. We will keep trying. Thank you so much to everyone that looked out for her 🙏

FREE 10-liter emergency water bottles
Merry Christmas -
I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.
Best wishes - Michael
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
