Introduction to Meditation
If you are interested in learning to meditate, already meditate but want to meditate in a group, brush up your meditation skills, looking for new inspiration or just want to meet fellow meditators then I'd love to see you at Wellington Yoga Centre (Cnr Abel Smith and Kensington St, Te Aro) on Thursday 8th November from 6:00 - 7:30 PM.
I am offering a 3 Thursday intro to meditation with each week building up on the next. We will focus on concentration techniques, mantras, visualizations and learning to meditate in the spiritual heart. The dates are Thursdays 8th, 15th and 22nd from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. The course is completely free of charge, no Koha or donations just your willing self and an open heart :)

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
