Little Blue Penguin death
This dead korora was found opposite 186 - 188 The Esplanade, Island Bay, on Sunday 5th about 11:00, and it disappeared some time afterwards.
DOC would like to see the body. Does anyone have information as to where it went?
We think it was one of a nesting pair we know about on the houses side of the street.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
