Marina (she/her) has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and her classes are designed to support and empower individuals on their paths of self discovery.
60 minutes of asanas (yoga posture), pranayama (breath control techniques) and introduction to meditation. An invigorating morning practice suitable to all levels of fitness/yoga experience. Delicious music for our flow and herbal tea available before/after practice 🙏

For some, online booking is very convenient, you can make an appointment anytime without needing to wait on the phone. Others still prefer calling the clinic and speaking to a real person, especially if they have specific questions about their visit.
